We are looking to hire dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team of professionals who share our passion for enhancing the quality of life for children diagnosed with ASD.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
- Conduct Parent Training sessions
- Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
- Coordinate care with other professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
- Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members
Requirements:
- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with children with autism.
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) per state requirements
Salary : $80 - $95
