Job Summary
We are looking to hire a full-time Project Manager that will oversee 3 to 8 employees and cultivate strong professional relationships with customers. Project Manager are responsible for professionally and effectively addressing customer concerns and following through to completion of project.
Responsibilities
- Project Managers are responsible for managing projects to provide customer service, support and direct the team as needed.
- Project Managers are responsible for effectively communicating with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
- Project Manager oversees projects at sites and lead the Contents Restoration team to success.
- Project Manager deliver on key measures and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Project Manager are responsible for Team Members and success of BKP in the field. Project Managment experience is a must.
- Attend weekly meetings.
- Project Manager ensure timely completion of their work.
- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM Software.
- Knowledge of the Restoration and Construction industries is preferred.
- Experience in leadership, team building and communication highly valued.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish a huge plus.
