Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Indianapolis, IN. The Project Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate logistics, manage projects, conduct inspections, and expedite processes to ensure timely completion. The role involves detailed planning, scheduling, and communication with clients and team members to ensure the highest level of service and efficiency. The Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with industry standards, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment management.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage, create restoration plans, and monitor progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly, utilizing problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and grow the business.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Project Management.
  • Strong background in Inspection and Logistics Management.
  • Excellent leadershiporganizational, and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work both in an office setting and in the field, adapting to varying work environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Job management systems, Excel, or similar).
  • Previous experience in restoration or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to fire, water, and mold damage restoration is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
