Position: Bilingual Spanish Team Leader (Cleaning Services)
Location: Brazoria County, TX (Primarily in Pearland, Manvel, Alvin)
Employment Type: Part-Time leading to Full Time
Compensation: $16/hour to start

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Team Leader to recruit, train, and develop our Spanish-speaking cleaning technicians, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team growth.

Job Responsibilities

Hiring & Onboarding:

• Recruit and interview Spanish-speaking cleaning technicians.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires understand job responsibilities, company policies, and safety guidelines.

Training & Development:

• Provide hands-on training for cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
• Ensure all technicians meet company quality standards and follow proper procedures.
• Offer ongoing coaching and skill development to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Supervision:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking team members.
• Assign work schedules and manage daily operations to ensure timely job completion.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to help employees grow.
• Promote teamwork, motivation, and a positive work culture.

Quality Control & Customer Service:

• Conduct site visits to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Address any service concerns and provide solutions to improve performance.
• Communicate effectively with management and clients as needed.

Operational Support:

• Ensure team members have the necessary supplies and equipment.
• Report any issues related to equipment, staffing, or job completion.
• Assist in resolving any employee concerns or conflicts professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish & English) – Required
• Experience in team leadership, training, or supervision (preferably in cleaning, janitorial, or service industries).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
