Job Description:
As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining clean, organized, and sanitized spaces for our clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
- Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
- Follow company checklists and standards to ensure quality service.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good physical condition to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations in Houston.
- Must pass a background check.
