Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, social, and intellectual growth
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Assist with behavior management and promote positive discipline techniques
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare space
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving, preschool, nannying, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education and childhood development principles
- Familiarity with daycare or classroom settings
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
