Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Regional Manager to oversee operations, client relations, and staff management in the assigned region. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in security operations and leadership.
Key Responsabilities:
- Scheduling & On-Calls: Ensure all shifts are covered, coordinate replacements, and handle urgent staffing needs.
- Job Requests & Assignments: Respond to new job requests, deploy officers efficiently, and manage workload distribution
- Trackers & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records, logs, and performance reports to ensure operational transparency.
- Hiring & Staffing: Recruit, train, and onboard security personnel to meet company and client standards.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, enforce policies, and uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years in security management, operations, or a leadership role (preferred).
- Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability: Must be responsive for on-calls and urgent staffing needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with scheduling software, trackers, and report documentation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for staff and client interactions.
