Are you a tech professional with top-tier skills in cybersecurity and IT services? We’re looking for someone who’s driven, resourceful, and ready to take on a pivotal role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
What You Bring to the Table :
- 2 years working experience at an MSP / MSSP.
- At least 3 years of working experience in both cybersecurity AND IT services.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills; You thrive on solving problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of MS365 management and security .
- Familiarity with CIPP.App (CyberDrain Improved Partner Portal).
- Good understanding of compliance standards like HIPAA , CMMC , and similar regulatory requirements.
- Solid working knowledge of NIST and CIS frameworks.
- Proven experience with incident response ; You know how to act swiftly and decisively.
- Familiarity with self-hosted GitLab ; You understand its setup and maintenance.
- A true team player who collaborates well with others and values shared success.
- A self-starter who operates at an "A-player" level, taking initiative without needing direction.
- Legal to work in the USA.
