What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veteran / Retirees Uncle Sam Needs You One More Time position at Blue Line Protection LLC?
We are looking for 3 Females and 5 males that are well trained in Security to join our Blue line protection team. The primary responsibility of the Security Guard is to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors, as well as our guests at the warming center. The ideal candidates will be vigilant, detail-oriented, and possess strong conflict management skills.
Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to deter and detect signs of intrusion or criminal activity.
- Identify any suspicious behavior.
- Actively safeguard company assets.
- Provide immediate response to security incidents and emergencies, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities and incidents.
- Control access to the premises according to security protocols and post orders.
- Collaborate with law enforcement
Requirements:
- Possess a valid GA Drivers license and your own working transportation no drop offs/public transportation, must be able to travel to Decatur for work.
-clean driving history.
-Own Full size Firearm.
-Duty belt with your own equipment handcuffs, gloves, baton etc.
-First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience in security, or military.
-Strong understanding of security procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, report writing skills, basic computer knowledge with the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure.
Pay Rate:$10-$14hr.
