Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to oversee premises effectively.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Conduct regular inspections of property to ensure safety compliance and identify potential hazards.
- Enforce rules and regulations while providing assistance in conflict management situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
Skills
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Knowledgeable in first aid and CPR; certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and their operation.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous.
- Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure environments.
