About the Role :
As a Security Operations Manager at our Rosemont location, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization. You will be expected to develop and implement security policies and procedures, manage security personnel, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Your primary goal will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and assets. You will work closely with other departments to identify and mitigate security risks, and provide guidance and support to ensure the effectiveness of our security measures.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Prior Military or Law Enforcement
- Strong knowledge of security regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations
