Job Description :
Blue Line Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology to improve law enforcement processes and will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical aptitude, and project management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy : Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and vision. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product developments.
- Roadmap Planning : Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and improvements based on customer needs, market demands, and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, service, and sales to ensure alignment and successful execution of the roadmap.
- Product Development : Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, provide clear direction, and oversee the development process. Conduct regular reviews and iterations to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of products.
- Product Marketing : Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and collateral to effectively promote and sell products. Support sales efforts through product training, demonstrations, and customer presentations.
- Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring that products meet or exceed expectations.
- Performance Monitoring : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of products. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, gather insights, and use data-driven decision-making to drive improvements and optimize outcomes.
- Bids & Proposals : Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for bids and proposals and provide technical expertise related to the products or services being offered.
Develop content to explain the technical solution and write technical sections of the proposal. Participate in presentations or meetings with the client as needed.
