What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Insurance Agent position at Blue Lion Insurance Brokers LLC?
We are looking for a new team member or two to welcome to our Snohomish, WA office location. We want people who care about what they're doing, who they're doing it for, and want to portray kindness and thoughtfulness to our clients. We're a smaller brokerage with a WA and AZ location, that has been growing steadily over the last 10 years, and we choose our team members carefully in order to continue that growth.
If you thrive under pressure, are quick-witted and have a heart and mind for taking care of people, we want to talk with you! This position is full-time, but willing to consider the right person for part time. The pay is $18-$24 per hour to start plus monthly uncapped commission based on new business sales. You will never have to cold call; We have plenty of leads coming in everyday to keep you busy. We also give bonuses after your first year, a couple times a year based on performance and time with the company. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities
Build relationships with clients
Assess client needs and offer insurance options to meet those needs
Answering phones / emails to assist with service or selling
Correct billing issues
Processing changes for existing clients
Data entry
Meeting clients in person to service / sell
Assist with walk-in clients and new business
Requirement
Property and Casualty License
2 years in Insurance Industry
Efficient phone / email / in person communicator
Microsoft Office, including Excel
Goal oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn quickly
Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
