Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager, maintain efficient upkeep of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role. Attends all Blue Magma training as required for this position. Set goals to achieve certification status.

Job Functions, Unique Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions include but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned based on company needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Cleans grounds and removes litter.
- Spreads salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup in areas applicable.
- Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.
- Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
- Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
- Responsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years working in the apartment industry with related experience or training.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
