As a Solution Delivery Architect, you will play a critical role in evaluating the current state of observability techniques within our customer's organization and leveraging Data Dog technology to optimize our monitoring and analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for assessing the capabilities of the current team, developing a shared model for team maturity, conducting assessments against the maturity model, and creating dashboards to visualize findings and progress.

- Conduct a thorough assessment of current team capabilities and identify skill gaps.
- Develop a shared model for team maturity and establish benchmarks for assessment.
- Perform assessments against the maturity model to track team progress and identify areas for development.
- Design and develop dashboards to visualize findings, progress, and key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive continuous enhancement of observability practices.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in adopting best practices and leveraging Data Dog technology effectively.
- Proven experience in solution delivery architecture, with a focus on observability techniques and monitoring technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Data Dog technology and its application in financial institutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess team capabilities and develop maturity models.
- Experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the financial industry.
Familiarity with other observability tools and technologies.
Certification in Data Dog or related technologies.
Bachelors Degree in technical field and/or relevant job experience
