Key Responsibilities
- Network Operations : Monitor, triage, and resolve network incidents involving circuits, fiber optics, and broadcast environments.
- Broadcast Network Troubleshooting : Support and troubleshoot multicast networking, video streaming, and fiber optic lighting in broadcast systems.
- Infrastructure Management : Configure, manage, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- System Monitoring : Leverage platforms such as SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure network reliability and performance.
- Incident Management : Lead network-related incident resolution, ensuring SLAs are met and escalating issues when necessary.
- Security Best Practices : Implement and support secure networking solutions, ensuring robust protection in on-premise and cloud environments.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps and procedures for troubleshooting.

Base Salary Range : $120,000.00 - $165,000.00
