This role focuses on ensuring high availability and performance of network infrastructure while contributing to game-day success.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and adaptable professional with a passion for innovation, an ability to multitask and reprioritize in real-time and a commitment to delivering excellence in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. This candidate will be proficient in networking and network security but should also have experience working on servers and cloud as this team will be supporting a wide array of technologies to support the company infrastructure and game day operations.

1st Shift, 7AM to 4PM EST (Eastern Standard Hours)- Mon / Tues / Wed / Thurs / Sun - Greater Los Angeles CA Area / Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Network Operations : Monitor, triage, and resolve network incidents involving circuits, fiber optics, and broadcast environments.
- Broadcast Network Troubleshooting : Support and troubleshoot multicast networking, video streaming, and fiber optic lighting in broadcast systems.
- Infrastructure Management : Configure, manage, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- System Monitoring : Leverage platforms such as SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure network reliability and performance.
- Incident Management : Lead network-related incident resolution, ensuring SLAs are met and escalating issues when necessary.
- Security Best Practices : Implement and support secure networking solutions, ensuring robust protection in on-premise and cloud environments.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps and procedures for troubleshooting

Base Salary Range : $120,,000.00 - $165,,000.00
Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
