Blue Mantis is seeking a Jr. Systems Administrator to help support enterprise-class data centers and ensure seamless network operations. This role will primarily focus on server administration, including patching (Windows and Linux), Active Directory administration and Moves, Add's Changes in the environment. The secondary responsibility will be to work with the operations team to help support and ensure high availability and performance of network infrastructure while contributing to game-day success.

- Server Administration: Manage and maintain Windows, Linux, and Unix environments to ensure optimal performance.
- System Monitoring: Leverage platforms such as SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Incident Management: Lead server related incident resolution, ensuring SLAs are met and escalating issues when necessary.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps and procedures for troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- Experience in NOC operations with expertise in Windows and Linux, and environments using the ServiceNOW ticketing system.
- Experience administering and patching Windows and Linux Servers
- Experience administering Active Directory, including creating accounts, building distribution groups, managing membership and setting shared folder permissions.
- Backup and DR - familiarity with backup solutions and basic troubleshooting of backup systems. Rubrik and Zerto experience a plus.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Network troubleshooting in data center environments. (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automating server and cloud operations.
- Familiarity with cloud- AWS, Azure, or O365 environments.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration for managing distributed applications.
- Familiarity with security best practices.
- Experience with advanced video streaming technologies and CDNs.
- Familiarity with infrastructure performance tuning and capacity planning.
Qualifications
- Provide game day support on major holidays when games are played.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Certifications: Server certifications, Azure and AWS related certifications or equivalent, ITIL (Preferred)
Base Salary Range: $130,,000.00 - $165,,000.00

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
