Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance e-commerce operations, including warehouse relationships, team communication, and product launches.
- Lead the e-commerce operations team, guiding them to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Manage inventory levels, track OOS management, and optimize shipping/storage fees.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon requirements and troubleshoot shipping issues.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in Inventory Placement, Supply Chain, and Logistics preferred.
- 5 years of experience managing teams required.
- Experience working with Amazon 1P and 3P required.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Acutely attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
