Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth service and high standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff in food preparation, customer service, and hospitality best practices.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Implement and maintain health and safety regulations in compliance with local laws.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees to build a strong team.
- Develop menus in collaboration with chefs, ensuring they meet customer preferences and seasonal availability.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking sales and managing transactions efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
