Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee kitchen management, including food production, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Conduct interviews and training for new staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
- Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize efficiency during peak hours.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and sales reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting guest expectations.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in casual or fine dining environments.
