Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Architect, design, develop and support various suite of applications
- Lead the design of secure, scalable software architectures
- Develop data processing engines to handle large data volumes
- Drive development of web-based platforms for healthcare analytics
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, database management, and analytics implementation
- Team Building and Mentorship:
- Recruit, onboard, and build a high-performing technical team.
- Mentor team members, fostering skill development in areas like coding, software architecture and data visualization tools.
- Promote a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Client Engagement:
- Provide technical insights during client discussions and presentations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to refine technical solutions and align with business goals.
- Technical Skills:
- Lead the design of secure, scalable software architectures leveraging AWS/Azure, Docker, React.js, Node.js, Hasura, APIs, Microservices, Django, Flask, terraform and more.
- Proficiency in data analysis and software engineering with hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in Python and other coding languages like SQL, R, or JavaScript.
- Experience with web-based dashboard development and tools like Tableau, Power BI, or custom frameworks.
- Experience of working with US based pharma clients and datasets would be preferred
- Leadership and Management:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Preferred Experience:
- 8 years in technical roles as a Solutions Architect or similar role
