What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN/PA/NP) position at Blue Medical Spa?

WHO WE NEED: We are currently looking to add to our team of highly trained medical professionals, seeking excellent aesthetic Physician Assistants (PA-C), Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Registered Nurses (RN). Experience of at least 1-2 years is preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Deliver best in class cosmetic injectable treatments, laser treatments, PRF/ microneedling, Morpheus8, EvolveX and other non-invasive treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
- Review and sign client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation
- Conduct good faith examinations (PA/NP), client consultations and provide treatment plans
- Perform before and after photography
- Educate clients on all treatments and product offerings
- Actively promote the medspa, treatments, retail, and available promotions
- Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
- Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies
- Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Assist in all areas of medspa operation as requested by management
- Must be experienced delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (ie: Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm, Restylane)
- Up-to-date California licensure: PA-C, NP, or RN
- Minimum 1-2 years of aesthetics experience. We will provide hands-on training for the right candidate.
- Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel and other software skills
- Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members
- Work a flexible schedule as we are open evenings and weekends
- Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures
- Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and consultative skills
