What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure the estate sale process runs smoothly and efficiently
- Knowledgeable on each aspect of the estate sale process to effectively answer all questions that arise before, during and after the sale
- Responsible training new team members
- Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the Blue Moon Estate Sales core values and brand standards
- Communicate expectations and priorities to team
- Provide ongoing feedback and direction to team
- Responsible for removing, sorting and organizing items throughout clients’ homes, including those in attics, basements, storage areas, etc.
- Stage items for display to create a pop-up retail shop environment inside of each residence
- Be in communication with each sale’s client
What we’re looking for:
- Previous estate sale or retail experience preferred
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Willingness to learn basic product pricing
- Ability to work flexible hours and in a variety of locations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have access to reliable transportation
