Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Junk Removal Team Mate to join our team. This role involves heavy lifting, customer interaction, and opportunities to make a difference through recycling, donations, and eco-friendly waste disposal. You'll also have access to free household items and earn cash while being part of a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Heavy Lifting : Safely load, unload, and transport heavy items (up to 75 lbs) with care and efficiency.
Recycling and Donations : Sort items to maximize recycling efforts and facilitate donations to local charities.
Customer Service : Provide friendly and professional service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every job.
Free Household Items : Assist with redistributing usable items that are free to team members or others in need.
Cash Payment : Earn competitive pay with opportunities for additional cash bonuses based on performance.
Equipment Maintenance : Keep trucks and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects effectively and on schedule.
Qualifications
