The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader who will coach, mentor, and lead their club to success. This role requires someone who can:
- Lead by example with integrity, intelligence, and energy.
- Drive club performance by focusing on member satisfaction, membership penetration, and sales growth.
- Develop staff into a cohesive, results-oriented team, building a culture of accountability, positivity, and pride.
- Deliver an outstanding member experience through cleanliness, friendliness, and top-notch service.
As a Team Leader, you are more than a manager—you are a coach who inspires your team to excel.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop your team to maintain high standards and achieve performance goals.
- Member Experience: Implement the “10-foot rule” and ensure all team members prioritize eye contact, smiles, and positive engagement with members.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain cleanliness, and ensure adherence to Blue Moon Fitness’s standards and practices.
- Sales and Growth: Focus on achieving membership penetration goals and maximizing club growth opportunities.
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Use data (e.g., ABC Fitness systems) to identify areas for improvement and make smart decisions to drive results.
