As the General Manager, you will be responsible for improving the overall business and operations. Overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Manager for bar casino and restaurant. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of bar and restaurant operations, including staff management, food production, and catering services.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for budgeting and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and train staff members, including interviewing potential candidates for various positions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.
• Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff.
• Monitor customer feedback to enhance service quality and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and catering services.
• Help with overall improvement of all aspects of the business and potential events.

Skills
