Site Lead

Blue Mountain Bathrooms is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Lead to oversee and manage jobsite operations. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role with a reputable company that values safety, quality, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain jobsite flow, ensuring seamless coordination between employees and subcontractors.
• Prioritize safety, ensuring all workers are following safety protocols at all times.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to follow and manage the scope of the project, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and within budget.
• Identify and resolve problems that arise on the jobsite quickly and efficiently.
• Add necessary change orders to the CRM and collaborate with the Project Manager to price and present these changes to the customer.
• Manage the time clock and ensure time management of all team members on the jobsite.
• Maintain responsibility for the care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work vehicles.
• Assist in preparing construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up materials.
• Generate daily reports documenting job progress, including photos and notes, for both customers and internal records.
• Collaborate with team members and skilled tradespeople to ensure tasks are completed according to the project timeline.

Additional Duties Include:

• Operating basic construction equipment such as jackhammers and small earthmovers.
• Measuring, cutting, and installing construction materials like wood, metal framing, and drywall.
• Following safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and using proper PPE.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and the work area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, practices, and techniques.
• Ability to manage time effectively and solve problems efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members, customers, and subcontractors.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
