  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred; 5-years experience.

  • BLS certification required.

    • Schedule Information

  • 12-hour shifts; various shifts, days / nights / weekends.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Acuity Measurement Tool to determine Therapist-to-Patient ratio.
  • Dress Code : scrubs (tasteful and in good condition); business-casual (comfortable).

  • OR PT license held?
  • Active AHA BLS or willing to obtain before start?
  • Bachelors degree? (required)
  • Masters degree? (preferred)
  • Is this candidate a 1099?
