Schedule Information 12-hour shifts; various shifts, days / nights / weekends. Unit Specific Information Acuity Measurement Tool to determine Therapist-to-Patient ratio. Dress Code : scrubs (tasteful and in good condition); business-casual (comfortable). Additional Details OR PT license held? Active AHA BLS or willing to obtain before start? Bachelors degree?
