The goal of the position is to fulfill customer orders timely each day and efficiently manage the flow and storage of materials and products inside the company and externally from supplier to customer.

Compensation is based on experience and education and can include base hourly pay plus supplemental pay based on individual and team performance so you can affect your compensation by personal contribution.
To perform this job correctly requires concentration, dedication to accuracy, and an ability to process large amounts of incoming data and requests for assistance.

BE:

Physically able and willing to move heavy (individually 50lbs and pallets over 2000lbs) routinely.
Able to make sound decisions, perform a self-directed function as well as work with a team.

Able to work with Excel and a computerized shipping system
Demonstrate superior trouble-shooting ability.
Have math and personal communication skills.
Be reliable and able to arrive punctually early each morning in Floyd Virginia
Be willing to take random drug tests if requested and have a clean driver’s license.
Compensation includes a base hourly pay plus supplemental income from the team performance so you can affect your compensation by personal contribution and performance.
The primary focus of daily activities could include:
1) To maintain a safe and clean work environment
2) Be responsible for proper documentation to track all inbound, outbound, and stored products in accordance with our Food Defense, Certification, and HACCP
3) To ensure that all orders received each day are shipped the same day.
4) To ensure the integrity of the inventory control system for correct storage and rotation of products.
5) To work constructively with production team members to provide ingredients from the warehouse each day.
6) Manage coordination with off-site storage and fulfillment locations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
