Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Social Worker
Blue Mountain Psychology has a salaried position with full benefits available. This is a full time, permanent position, available immediately. Blue Mountain Psychology specializes in Forensic, Psychological, & Neuropsychological evaluations as well as therapy/counseling for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages who present with the spectrum of mental health concerns. Services are provided in-person and via telehealth.

- Uncapped earning potential: Annual base salary of $60-75K (DOE). This is a fulltime position, estimated at 40 hours per week. Productivity-based pay schedule which allows earning beyond base salary to be discussed.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work from an accredited college or university.
- Two years post-licensure with an active unrestricted (independent) Washington State License: Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), OR_ Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), OR_ Social Worker (LICSW).
- Excellent verbal & written interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence.
- Remain current with Continuing Education requirements of your licensing body.
- Maintain licensure and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics.
- Honesty, integrity, & good clinical judgment to seek consultation when needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy/counseling.
- Establish therapeutic rapport, conduct clinical interviews, develop treatment plans, provide ongoing services as needed, and maintain timely accurate records.
- Opportunities for group and couples therapies can also be discussed.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clinical (billable) hours per week.
- Coordinate appropriate referrals as needed.
