The Summer Camp Counselor oversees daily activities and the well-being of participants, ensuring campers' needs surrounding meals, sleep, and breaks are consistently met. Requirements
High Ropes Training: June 12th & 13th (Invite & 18 y.o. Only)
Staff Training Week: June 16th - June 20th
Week 1 Kids Camp: June 22nd / 23rd - June 27th
Week 2: NO CAMP
Week 3 Kids Camp: July 6th / 7th - July 11th
Week 4 Kids Camp: July 13th / 14th - July 18th
Week 5 Kids Camp: July 20st / 21st - July 25th
Week 6 Kids Camp: July 27th / 28th - August 1st
Week 7 Kids Camp: August 3rd / 4th - August 8th
Week 8 Kids Camp: August 10th / 11th - August 15th

Requirements
- A strong enthusiasm for the outdoors and recreation
- Enjoys planning and directing group activities and events
- Possesses the ability to work both within a team and independently without direct supervision
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Extraordinary ability to provide outstanding guest service
- Previous experience with children in an educational or recreation setting is preferred but not required
- Must have ability to organize and manage groups
- Must be 18 years of age
- Leads and develops fun, engaging recreation activities and events, such as hiking, rock climbing, ziplines, ropes courses, laser tag, archery, biking, and kayaking
- Manages an assigned group of campers through various activities during the entirety of the shift
- Supports fellow teammates during meals, activity set up/break down, and breaks
- Maintains various program records, including attendance logs, inspection documents, and incident reports
- Consistently enforces all safety guidelines and procedures
- Applicants are eligible to be daytime counselors or overnight counselors - schedules will vary week-to-week based on camper enrollment and staff availability.
