We are seeking a punctual and detail-oriented individual to join our Slopeside team. This role requires excellent organization and time management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests through positive interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen, keeping dishwashing machines clean, and monitoring water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycles.
Additional responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas and other workspaces, filling in for other roles as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor, and completing all assigned checklists.
