WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Greet internal and external guests in a warm and professional manner
- Partner with department leaders on recruiting efforts to meet staffing needs
- Help associate through pre-employment processes
- Accurately onboard associates and process changes in HRIS system
- Maintain personnel files in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with paperwork including I-9s and minor working papers
- Oversee associate communication regarding perks, benefits, trainings, etc.
- Assist with new employee orientations
