**Job Summary:
We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide exceptional guest experiences.
This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of Slopeside and contributing to our growing food and beverage team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
- Keep dishwashing machines clean and ensure satisfactory detergent levels.
- Monitor dish machine water temperature for sanitary wash cycles.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and workspaces.
- Be available to fill in for other roles as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
- Complete assigned checklists and attend staff meetings as required.
