Blue Oak Clinic was established in Tucson in January 2007 and we now seek a fourth Naturopathic Physician to meet the needs of our loyal and growing patient base.
Always looking for the root cause of one’s illness and working to eliminate obstacles to cure, we do also prescribe medications, when indicated.
We have an excellent network of Providers for referrals and a stellar reputation in town.
Almost all referrals we get are from word of mouth or medical referrals.
We have a family-like workplace atmosphere with a supportive and dependable staff.
Our staff retention is extraordinary, with our longest staff member working with us for 15 years, second longest staff for 12 years. We highlight this because we look out for the best interest of our employees and take good care of our team.
We have 3 NDs- 2 of whom are the founders of Blue Oak Clinic and the third has been employed with us for over seven years.
Our other Providers include 3 fabulous Acupuncturists who see primarily VA patients and our referrals.
We also provide IV therapies, and a full dispensary including professional-grade supplements, tinctures, and homeopathics
Job description:
We are seeking a compassionate and passionate Licensed Naturopathic Physician to join our team!
Ideally (but not required) you’ll be someone who has a specialty or strong interest in any of the following:
- IV therapy
- Allergy testing and desensitization using SLIT
- Mold illness
- MCAS, POTS
- To serve as a PCP
The current 3 NDs do a lot of the following and we welcome someone who knows these things well:
Whole person care (PCP)
Mental Health
Gut health
Endocrine
Deep dive lipid panels
Diabetes prevention and reversal

Details:
Patient visits are out of pocket and we run most labs through insurance.
We do a fee split vs salary.
Your patient load would build gradually and up to 3-5 days/week.
We pay your malpractice and all clinic supplies.
We do not pay for CMEs.
We offer a 401k after six months, and an excellent health insurance plan if you choose to opt in.

Qualifications:
Licensed Naturopathic Physician in Arizona.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to ongoing learning in medicine.
Proficiency or willingness to learn EHR.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
