Position Overview:
We are searching for a highly motivated, self-starting Pool/Repair Technician who excels in creative problem-solving and logical reasoning. The ideal candidate will take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and consistently deliver top-quality results. Punctuality and reliability are essential, as our operations depend on each team member's commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair & Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment and infrastructure efficiently and accurately.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Develop innovative solutions for complex pool system issues.
- Self-Starter & Accountability: Manage tasks independently, ensuring high-quality service with minimal supervision.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and professional service.
- Punctual & Reliable: Maintain consistent on-time attendance and preparedness for daily tasks.
- Safety & Compliance: Operate company vehicles safely; maintain a clean driving record and pass a background check.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 70 pounds.
- Ongoing Training & Learning: Engage in continuous education to stay current with industry standards and advancements.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience & Knowledge: Familiarity with pool maintenance, including water chemistry, filtration systems, and equipment repair.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 70lbs. and working in various weather conditions.
- Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) are advantageous. CPO will be required within 6 months from date of hire.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
