Job Description
Blue Ocean Realty is looking for part-time and full-time agents to join our staff and help the people of Boston find their home sweet home!
No experience or Massachusetts real estate license required. Rose Hall, our lead agent and CEO, has been an agent in the Boston area since 2009 and helped Blue Ocean Realty close over $40 million in sales in 2017—and she’ll mentor you every step of the way. After your first two deals, we’ll refund your real estate class fees to help you get started.
Our 15 North Beacon Street location in the heart of Allston makes us a prime location for Allston, Brookline, and Brighton rentals, but we also service the Fenway, Kenmore, Cambridge, and Newton areas, with home sales throughout the Greater Boston Area.
Benefits:
- 50/50 new agent commission split, negotiable with experience
- Full-time agents can start off making $60,000 on average, with some able to earn over $100,000 in their first year
- Eight rental deals on average per month for regular income, with a significant increase before the September 1 move-in rush
- Home sale commissions of around $5,000–$10,000 per sale
- $500 signup bonus after your first transaction
- $100 new agent referral bonus after their first transaction
- Real estate class fee refund after your first two closed deals
