What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sail Boat Captain position at Blue Ocean Snorkeling?
We are looking for an experienced captain to work on tours at:
Waikiki- Turtle Snorkel and Sunset Charters
Beyond safely handling the boat, we are looking for someone who can be a leader to the crew and can keep operations moving smoothly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 25 tons captain license and sail endorsement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
