Position Overview
Seeking a Technical Business Analyst contractor to support our financial services platforms. The role involves requirements analysis, documentation, and implementation support for fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for financial technology solutions
- Develop functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment
- Create and maintain technical documentation and process flows
- Support testing and implementation phases
- Bridge communication between business and IT teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 years BA experience in financial services/fintech
- Strong knowledge of banking processes and regulations
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and JIRA
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to start immediately preferred
