Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled USCG-licensed captain to operate catamarans and yachts ranging from 40 to 75 feet, both sail and power. This position is primarily part-time, with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate. Additional responsibilities include servicing the boats between charters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and navigate catamarans and yachts between 40-75 feet.
- Provide exceptional hospitality to guests, ensuring a memorable charter experience.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of vessels between charters.
- Adhere to all maritime laws and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid USCG captain’s license.
- Experience operating both sail and power vessels within the specified size range.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a captain preferred, but not required.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills; enjoys engaging with and entertaining guests.
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks on vessels.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
