THE ROLE
The Compass© team offers a unique and dynamic opportunity within a multi-faceted, growing business serving the private equity and invest banking industry. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis, modeling, data analytics and business process support in client engagements. This position will also serve as an advisor and liaison to investment banking, private equity, and corporate clients on software implementation engagements.
- Assist with data collecting and organization
- Analyze operational and financial data to provide insights into clients’ business performance
- Create reports/dashboards that effectively communicate client KPIs
- Support the implementation of key business processes with clients
- Advise, support, train and partner with client business end-users on implementation of proprietary solutions / processes
- Communicate effectively with users/customers & colleagues 2-3 levels up/down and across a range of disciplines, and all levels of management
- Assist in preparation and delivery of client presentations regarding performance, findings and recommendations
- Participate in team meetings and client engagements to gain exposure to practices and client communication

- Undergraduate B.S. Degree – emphasis in Business Analytics, Accounting/Finance, Data Science
- Strong technical financial and accounting skills
- Experience with PowerBI and Microsoft Excel
- Strong presentation and problem solving skills
