Job Scope
Perform duties to ensure guests have a great experience consistent with our brand by garnishing dishes in accordance with established standards, expediting delivery of food to guests utilizing table and seat numbers, and clearing / resetting tables in between seatings.

- Conform to our appearance and grooming standards
- Be informed of menu specifications with regard to garnishes, spice level indicators, and allergies
- Expedite the process of routing items to tables by utilizing the kitchen display screens; communicate table & seat numbers accurately and clearly
- Clear tables of used plates, glasses & flatware; properly scrap and organize items in the dishwashing drop-off area
- Set tables consistent with established facility standards
- Execute all side-job duties as assigned by management
- Demonstrate teamwork by supporting coworkers without regard to job titles or rank
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience and Skills
- Previous serving experience required
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Positive interpersonal skills required
- Must speak and read English fluently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
License/Certifications
- Food Safety Manager Certification is a bonus
