Responsibilities :
- High Volume Inbox management
- Accurately code and process invoices
- Review and process expense reports
- Communicate with outside vendors regarding payments including statement reconciliations
- Collect & verify all documents necessary for new vendors that have been received for input into the financial system
- Establish new vendors in the financial system
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, providing status updates and feedback, and answering inquiries
- Create ad-hoc reports (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Navigate and research via the following systems : Oracle, MS Outlook, Concur, ERP Systems
- Assist in month end Accounts Payable & company year-end closing
