As we expand, we are looking for a results-driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team and drive growth to our customer base.This role is perfect for a motivated sales leader with experience in managing high-performance teams and a proven track record of success in door-to-door sales. You will be instrumental in building and leading a team to introduce Blue Ox Exteriors’ top-tier services to homeowners, building relationships, and increasing sales.

Qualifications:
- Proven door-to-door sales success is required, preferably in a leadership capacity (roofing, pest control, or similar industries)
- A history of leading and training sales teams to achieve and exceed targets is required
- Proficiency with technology and ability to navigate various software
- Extreme confidence and composure during the sales process
- A strong desire for financial success and career growth
- Ability to create a positive, results-oriented team environment
