You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Evaluation & Assessment : Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, including strength, mobility, and range of motion, to determine their rehabilitation needs.
- Treatment Plan Development : Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and physician orders. Adapt plans as necessary to ensure patient progress.
- Therapeutic Interventions : Administer physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training, to enhance mobility and recovery.
- Patient Education : Educate patients and their families about their conditions, home exercises, and strategies to promote recovery and prevent injury.
- Progress Monitoring : Monitor and document patients' progress and responses to therapy, adjusting treatment techniques as needed to meet goals.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Team : Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, occupational therapists, and physicians, to ensure holistic and effective care for patients.
- Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Patient Safety & Comfort : Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients during therapy sessions, using appropriate equipment and techniques to prevent injury.
