Net/SQL Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a .NET/SQL Developer with strong technical expertise to join our team in Lansing, MI. The ideal candidate must have experience in SQL, .NET development, and web technologies, along with strong testing and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of ADA Compliance is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SSIS packages.
• Design, develop, and maintain C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET applications.
• Utilize XML, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Transact-SQL (T-SQL) for dynamic, responsive web development.
• Implement structured and object-oriented programming principles.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, regression testing, and automated testing to ensure high-quality software.
• Provide quality customer service and build trust through integrity and teamwork.
• Work with MS Visual Studio, MS Team Foundation Server/GIT, MS Office Suite, and MS SharePoint.
• Develop and maintain applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Ensure compliance with ADA accessibility standards.
• Utilize MVC architecture for web application development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced SQL skills: Writing database scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SSIS packages.
• Strong .NET development skills: C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET.
• Front-end web development: XML, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Transact-SQL (T-SQL).
• Experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of ADA Compliance standards (Must Have).
• Expertise in MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools: Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server/GIT, Office Suite, SharePoint.
• Strong testing experience: Unit testing, system testing, regression testing, and automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $52.00 - $55.00 per hour
