Our customer service department is seeking a self-motivated and proactive individual with strong communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer calls, addressing client concerns and requests, and using their creative abilities to offer solutions in an efficient, effective manner. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager, so we are looking for candidates with a background in customer service who can work well as part of a team.
