Join us as a Paid Social Media Specialist, where you'll be at the helm of crafting and executing dynamic strategies, plans, and buys for our portfolio of consumer-facing clientsDive into the world of innovative paid social campaigns and cutting-edge social analyticsUtilize media agency industry knowledge and experienceIn this role, you'll lead a team, fostering growth and development while providing visionary thought leadershipWorking alongside the Group Director, you will step into this role with conviction, own your work, drive successBring your creative ideas and social media expertise to drive business growth and strengthen client partnershipsPrimary strategic partner for assigned clients related to social media (strategy and paid)Stay abreast of in-market changes and help clients understand how change can be leveraged to help their brandsTrain employees on back-end management of paid social programs across networks such as Facebook / IG, TikTokCreate POVs and thought leadership showcasing your expert knowledge in the social spaceDevelop deep understanding of client brands; communicate how paid social media will benefit their audiencesManage team of media analysts; Partner with team to create and define measurement plansAssist predictive analytics of social mediaEnsure social team is using best-in-class tools by staying on top of shifts in market and toolsetsDevelop strategies and analyze competition and audience segmentsConnect social media with other platforms in the mix, including search (paid and organic)Create social media campaigns that provide a benefit to the audiences our clients are targetingFamiliarity with regulated industries and how social media can be utilized within the regulationsStay up to date on the use of social media in the kid, mom, and family spaceWork alongside creative and PR agencies to adjust messagingUtilize social analytics tools to analyze content promotion efforts and adjust strategies as neededCreate new and innovative ways for clients to engage brandsOversee influencer programsAbout The Company
